Film Makers

Cami Fawzy is a motivated business & non-profit professional with proven project management and business development experience in the US and East & Central European emerging markets. She is currently leading the Coded Generations Documentary project while continuing to work as Faculty Assistant with UMUC on-line MBA program, assisting faculty in teaching MBA students to gain knowledge in state of the art approaches in business economics and project management.

As the Mom of two wonderful sons, the youngest born with Down syndrome, she has a good understanding of issues surrounding disability and her research and work is of great value for the Coded Generations Documentary’s success.  She can be contacted at codedgenerations@gmail.com.

Olha Onyshkohas fifteen years of experience in film, broadcast journalism, communications, marketing and political campaigning. She has worked for non-profit organizations, political think tanks, TV and radio stations, and international development agencies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Burson-Marsteller, Voice of America, and the World Bank.

Olha holds her MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University in Washington, D.C.

Sarah Farhat
has been producing and directing films for the past seven years. Several of her films have been broadcasted on local and regional Arab Television networks.

Sarah holds her MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University in Washington, D.C. where she currently teaches photography, design and video production.

Three Stories of Galitia- Trailer

Marc I Alexanderis an independent filmmaker from Washington D.C who works closely with underserved populations across the United States in order to bring stories of consequence to the fore. He has completed several documentary films both in his adopted hometown and in his native Trinidad and Tobago; most recently wining a Telly Award for his collaborative film “Where Do the Children Play.”

Marc was the Valedictorian of his Graduating class at Morgan State University located in Baltimore Maryland and holds a Master’s of Arts degree in Film and Electronic Media from the American University in Washington DC.

He has worked in the industry as a freelance Director/Producer/Editor for over 8 years for such companies as Fox News, MTV, the United Negro College Fund Special Programs, the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice, the Department of Education, and NASA. He currently works as a Director/Producer for a large Non-Profit Agency where he creates educational content for under-represented minorities in order to effect change.  More about Marc at
